I noticed since the 8.0 upgrade some issues with audio no longer working. In particular for one Shield with Kodi when the TV and shield come out of standby and Kodi is still running the audio doesn't work until Kodi is killed and restarted. Then audio starts working. This happens pretty reliably
On another TV I've noticed it happen less frequently. The only thing different that I can realize is the TV where it happens is using the TV's speakers via HDMI directly between the TV and shield. The TV that works more often than is 5.1 surround and connected with a receiver in between.
Anyone encounter a similar situation? Anyone find a solution?
