This Transifex resource is outdated, since it was replaced with a rewritten plugin:

New plugin: https://github.com/xbmc/repo-plugins/pull/2504
I don't know if it's best to just delete it, or add the new language files (https://github.com/jaylinski/kodi-addon-...s/language).
In case I can get the permissions to do this myself, here's my Transifex user: https://www.transifex.com/user/profile/jay.kodi/
