+1 would love this for sky subscribers.

having sky atlantic & sky sports/news on xbmc!!

Would love to be able to Watch Sky Player on XBMC also... would save me having to watch on the laptop... would be awesome!!

is it even possible, im suprised nobodys done this yet!

Not sure, would be good if it can be done though... You can watch sky player on the computer, iPhone and even iPad so surely it can be made to work, especially on the ATV2?

surely xbmc can just launch a cheeky firefox window and watch it through there? i say surely, i have no idea what i'm talking about really. same with ITV Player. Also Zattoo is pretty good

Sky Go launch is only a few days away. 6th July.

Maybe this new service will give us the window for a plugin, as it merges sky player and sky mobile into one free service.

As someone said above (worst case) I don't know why a browser window just couldn't be opened and watched via that but we we'll have to see

I hope so! this will be huge for people with Sky.

This is a shameful bump for this. It would also make a great Free multi-room addition.

I think its odd that Plex have this sorted, so there must be a way round the silverlight business.
