Hi guys.
I'm kind of stuck with my new Kodi Setup. Hope somebody might be able to help!
Setup:
Client: Kodi v18.4 on Android / ARM 64
Server: Nextcloud on Debian9
Access to the server from Windows Explorer via WebDav works fine.
Access to the server from Kodi via Samba works fine.
I now tried to access the server from Kodi (remote) via WebDav (HTTPS).
Connection is fine, as i can access all files and even update the library via WebDav.
Problem:
Sooner or later after starting Kodi, the server becomes unresponsive. I think Kodi is responsible, as Nextcloud / PHP / Apache error-logs are fine, and WebDav-access via Windows works fine.
My guess is that Kodi is somehow "flooding" the server with requests. (The log is full of "DoWork - trying to extract filestream details from video file" requests. Example attached.)
Any ideas how to fix this?
