Strange. I can export the nfo files for Maverick and Stargate Atlantis, but both from Windows and Android, I cannot after three attempts export the thumbnails and fanart. Every time I run from the Export Video Library, it goes through the motions, but when I look in the directories, only the mpg and nfo files are there. Not sure where to begin to trouble shoot this issue. I've done this fairly frequently and never had an issue before.

There is something called the Kodi debug log (wiki) file.
Enable debugging, restart Kodi, reproduce the error(s), and provide the log file via a pastebin website.
