Patience is the path to power, The windows store iteration is always the last to update. Windows Store goes through some heavy vetting and the install procedure and path locations are quite different from the Kodi offered from the link top left. (e.g. a new batch file and install must be written and different hardware considerations are in order) If you're really chomping at the bit, I would recommend the forum download, it's dead easy to install and cutting edge versions are available. As far as the ETA for the latest update is concerned, it's ready when it's ready, some notification is likely at that time.
