would be great if we could manage (create/edit) playlists from within TMM

playlist for what?
how should that look like?

i wasn't sure anyone would be interested in this but maybe separate tab in the GUI (i.e. Movies, Movie sets, Tv Shows, Playlists) 

TMM would then need to be able to read .m3u in a specified directory 

View (same format as the movie sets)
 - List all playlists in the directory
 - Expand node will list movies in the playlist

Basic
 - Create a playlist
 - Add/Remove movies from the local db to/from a playlist 

Advanced
 - Fetch and create lists from TMDB for example - https://www.themoviedb.org/documentation/api/discover

no sorry, another module would need more resources than we have to invest.
