I have Kodi installed on a Windows PC & have just started to experiment with LibreElec. On both OS's I see repeated errors reported in the logs that look like this:

The errors are much more frequent on LibreElec & are filling the log file to such an extent that it has grown to over 500kB in 24hrs. I have now had to disable all logging.

I am running Leia V18.5 on LibreELEC 9.2.0 on a Raspberry Pi 3B. Vbox 3442 is running XTI_VJ.2.65
The error happens when there is no value EPG ID for a timer.

Just delete the old timers and I would imagine it will go away.
I think you can reduce the spam by changing activetagcheckinterval in advancedsettings.xml.
