I have a couple videos that have a narrator describing everything that happens as if we cannot see the screen. I think that Seconday Audio? But the second stream choice is Hindi. Is there some other way to turn off this narration?

Ah misunderstood, so the track with audio description is in right language but you don't want the audio description elements. This is not possible, if you wanted audio without audio description then the correct track needed to be selected when it was ripped, as the audio description track is a completely separate track in it's own right.
