that's basically it, before you ask, yes, movies titles are correct I even include date, scan recursively is checked, movies are in separate folders matching movie titles is also checked.
I formated my pc an reinstalled kodi and since then I'm having problems with the movide db scraping the movies, some of them are wrongly scrapped and a lot are just not scrapped, it was perfectly fine before fromating my pc so I don't think there's a problem with the titles or the library itself.

Did you ever consider making backups of the Kodi setup when things were working fine?
And doing a Library Export so you have nfo files with all the correct metadata? It helps.

Click on --->>
Debug Log <<--- and follow the guide. (never understand why so many people miss that link)
Also, some of the links in My Signature below should be of help to you.
I can only see one movie not scraping and that is Mission Impossible IV Ghost Protocol (2011).
That won't scrape as it is incorrectly named. It should be
Mission Impossible - Ghost Protocol or one of these alternate names....

I changed the name and now it's perfect, weird that before formating the pc it was scrapping the movie, there were two others that weren't being correctly scrapped, they were getting another name but I solved that by getting them out of the folder, updating and cleaning the library and then copying them back to the folder.
now the only problem that I have is that extras are being scrapped as full movies
The new advancedsettings.xml file will prevent Extras showing up in future scrapes, it won't change the Extras that are already existing in your library. They will need to be deleted.
