I'm no expert but looking at that error it seems Kodi is having trouble finding Inputstream.Adaptive.

I've had issues "upgrading" from 18 Leia to 19 Matrix. If possible, can you uninstall Kodi including the folder in the roaming directory



Afterwards, install the addon which should include Inputstream.Adaptive.

This recently happened! I updated Widevine and now the live streaming has issues! It streams from the beginning of the show instead of the actual live footage!
Those Widevine servers are a pain! When I updated, it was from an unknown version. That's what it said, but the unknown version worked great! I shouldn't have updated it!
