Ok I have looked EVERYWHERE for the Kodi Splash Screen in Kodi 18.5. I know I could set up a Advancesettings.xml to turn off the load screen but I want to change it to something else. Does anyone have a clue where its at now? Is it in a .xml file pointing to place other than the typical media folder where it was at before?

In Windows (not UWP) using Kodi 18.5/18.6, it is still in the media folder as I have mine in : C:\Program Files\Kodi\media\splash.png
I could not tell you where yours has gone.
