Hi,

Using iPhone 11 and just updated to iOS 13.3.1 and Kodi 18.5 failed to load.
I resign again with iOS Signer with Xcode 10.1 it still failed to load.
Tried 31-01-2020 Kodi 18.6 nightly version and still failed to load.

Waiting for a working version.
Thanks

please give more info what "failed to load" means. It doesn't upload to device? It crashes immediately on start?

It crashes and closes the apps.

please attach crash log, preferably from 18.5 release. You can find it either with Xcode - Devices or on iPhone: Settings - Privacy - Analytics - Analytics data - find Kodi crash log.

If possible, you could also try deleting Kodi from iPhone and install it fresh.

thanks! Now it's clear that it's a signing issue, not an app one.

application ID ng.Kodi looks a bit strange. Could you try one with 3 components? E.g. com.ng.Kodi

Hi,

FYI, I upgrade my VMware and to Catalina 10.15 and xCode the latest version, ios app signer is the latest version.
Still same problem with 3 components. com.Andy.kk. Log below, FYI ng.Kodi had been working on 13.3 and below all the while.
I am not very familiar with Xcode and just follows the guide and so far before the update to iOS 13.3.1 it had been working.

I think i have the same problem and is a iOS 13.3.1 problem
On the iPad I have no problems and signed everything today but is stil on 13.3 and no problems
On the iPhone signed everything today and can't install it with Xcode (not installed error)
I have Provenance, Kodi and Mame with a non payment developer account
tested on 10.14.6: I can upload signed Kodi without any issues to a 13.3.1 iPhone (XR), it runs without crash as well. Checked with Leia and master builds. I was using Xcode 11 to upload (but it doesn't really matter), I don't use Xcode to generate certificate/provisioning profile. Have you updated Catalina recently maybe? Otherwise it's a user error, not Kodi or App Signer.

you have a different issue: OP says that app can't be launched, and you can't even install it. This is not a Kodi or App Signer issue. Note that if you opened Xcode to generate certificate/profile and iPad was selected as destination, Xcode added only the iPad to the provisioning profile, you have to repeat the procedure for your iPhone (AFAIK).

Still unable to launch, I am using a non paid developer account. The only thing I have not tried is to reset my iPhone 11.
with free dev acc I can also reproduce. Will investigate.

update: looks like a bug in iOS 13.3.1, others experience it too https://forums.developer.apple.com/messa...653#404653

Thanks

I  just updated the iOS latest version and I faced an error. My 2-3 apps crashed much time whenever I try t reopen it. Does anyone have any idea that why this happen? Does anyone know the solution regarding that? It crashed and my screen goes black. I try to contact the apple application support but it not working. Does anyone have the solution regarding that?
currently the only solution for 13.3.1 is using paid dev acc.

You are new to this forum, so this is one simple piece of advice: do not put URLs in your text as a form of spam, trolling or other types of nuisance.
Don't try this again, or your visit at this forum will have been a very short one. The link in your 1st forum post has been removed.
I am not a coder so I will have to wait for Apple or Kodi to resolve the bug. I have filed a bug report at Apple. I have a Android box with Kodi installed, but it is very clunky. The iPad and mirroring to AppleTV (3rd Gen) was great to use, and for the moment, it is gone. Hope Apple mend this in 13.3.2 whenever that arrives :-(

I have a free Xcode account, and I sign the Kodi .deb file with DantheMan’s ios app signer to compile my .ipa file to load onto my iPad Air 2. This has been working great for years until this week after I did Apple’s minor Update to 13.3.1.
