I get a bunch of downloads that look like this, all the image is there if I open them but explorer thumbnails are not right. I believe they are from TMDB. Sorry if this has been covered, have not found them in search but I am new here.

I already tried clearing the thumb database in a few ways, and it's not specific to this version because I originally tried with a beta version from 4 years ago.
