Why would you want to do this for in the first place?
As far as I am aware, that when you put an xbox in developer mode, it literally shuts down a lot of other features from working on your xbox.
You are spending hundreds of pounds or dollars or whatever currency, just to have an emulation box? You are better off just buying an android box such as the shield.
I would strongly advise you not to worry about playing retro games on an xbox unless they come from the store itself. You are risking your xbox putting it into developer mode.

Kodi for xbox (UWP) does not support Retroplayer since it's against the TOS for XBOX.
