Hi,

(sorry if bad english)

I'm french and currently the country is in complete lockdown for at least 3 weeks, probably more.
I was used to do movie nights with friends, now of course it's not possible.

I'm searching a way to watch movie together, synchronised.

I know I could use teamviewer, skype screen sharing or other things to just share my screen to everyone. But this is the last option I would choose because it would heavily degrade the video quality and some of my friends have really bad connections.

I found this addon for Plex : https://synclounge.tv/ , so I would like an alternative for Kodi. It's exactly what I would like to do but on Kodi.

Does someone know if there is an alternative to these sites but for Kodi ?

Plex is available on Kodi. Id suggest using Plex

Plex is available on Kodi. Id suggest using Plex

That won't work. Synclounge is an addon for Plex. It will work inside Plex, but not inside Kodi.
And I already tried Plex, it's really not the type of video app I like. If I'm asking this here, it's because I would like to achieve this with Kodi and not Plex.

I think this has been asked before, and the answer is currently there is no solution to do this (other than doing it manually between different places/players).
