Is it possible to have two episodes / movies with different qualities without duplicating in the library?

Ex: The Flash
        S01
            E01S01 - Name - 1080.mkv
            E01S01 - Name - 720.mkv

Ex: Avatar 
         Avatar - Diretor Cut.mkv
         Avatar - Cinema Version.mkv
