Kodi v18.6, Windows 10 Pro v1903 (64 bit), Ryzen 5 2600, 16GB Ram

When I try to launch Kodi, a black window appears for a moment and then disappears.  Clean install only fixes the problem if I delete profile folder, and only temporarily - the problem reappears after restarting the computer.

I created advancedsettings.xml, but no log was generated - all I have is this crash log https://paste.kodi.tv/zosowikuno  It says "Exception Information:  The thread tried to read from or write to a virtual address for which it does not have the appropriate access."
Any ideas?  Thanks in advance!
Did you try running Kodi as Administrator?

Yes, but no luck.  Also tried updating graphics drivers.  Trying to run windows update, but it says "update failed", so I'm looking into fixing that ATM.
Please follow this guide and provide a debug log... https://forum.kodi.tv/showthread.php?tid=323719

My mistake, I was looking for a file called "Kodi.log" but didn't make the connection that the extensions were hidden.  https://paste.kodi.tv/zaketutalo.kodi

Thanks!
I was able to fix windows update, I'm now on the most current v1909.  GPU drivers also fully updated.  Still having the same problem.

Maybe it's worth mentioning that I have 4 GTX 1070s installed, two of which are in SLI.

Might be the issue, resizing due to size change (-640,-297,1942,1165)->(-649,-335,3209,1747) It does look as if it's trying to open on some other display.
I note: Desktop Resolution: 2560x1440 32Bit at 75Hz, for the purpose of a test can you set for 1920x1080x60 cycles on the primary screen.

It works! Seems that it doesn't like 75fps; 1080p and even 4k at 60fps work just fine.  Thank you very much!
Thread marked solved.
