It just happened today.

I don't know if there is a problem with the tmm or that fanart.tv just changed the url.

I just tested this and confirm that the artwork links fail, even using the kodi scrapers.

Tmm can only provide what the fanart.tv api offers..
When the api offers that artwork is at assets.fanart.tv and this subdomain does not work, they have some issues rather than tmm

fanart.tv have just fixed the issue. Might take a while for the cache's to rebuild.
