Normally I play my movie(s) via a file. This time, I decided to pop in an actual disc into my internal Blu-Ray drive. I received a message indicating that the disc is encrypted. Therefore, it will not play. I am also under the impression that if I were to install the new MakeMKV, it now comes equipped with a plug-in descriptor that will work with Kodi. Is this rumor fact or fiction?

I am working with the Windows10 /x64 platform.

Check with this thread, perhaps some solution will come to light. There is a license fee for the Blu-Ray decode algorithm atm and is the main reason it's not default in Kodi.
