I think zheng2014 request isn't that bad to simple say 'no'.
Ok, i don't see any need or usecase for markdown, but specifically for the dialog() functions would it be really useful to support emojis.
Is there any plan to implement this in the near future?

No.
In my opinion there are two point that made Emoji not working. No UTF8 and a Font that not support Emoji.
What is here the cause?
