I installed kodi right now on windows 10, then searching here C:\Program Files\Kodi in every subfolder for the file guisettings.xml but there is no file with this name , theoretically that file sould be into the userdata folder, but inside it I see only: the file RssFeeds.xml and the folder iOS.
have a look at the wiki: https://kodi.wiki/view/Userdata
it explains everything (and more) about the userdata folder.
Thanks, it says that that installing from MICROSOFT STORE the path is %LOCALAPPDATA%\Packages\XBMCFoundation.Kodi_4n2hpmxwrvr6p\LocalCache\Roaming\Kodi\userdata
But I installed it from here: https://kodi.tv/download
http://mirrors.kodi.tv/releases/windows/...ia-x64.exe
At the end I found the path here, thanks: %LOCALAPPDATA%\AppData\Roaming\Kodi\userdata
Just to expand on it a bit - in the table in section 1 of the wiki page ronie linked to, "Windows UWP" is the store version and "Windows" is the standard version (the one downloaded from your link above).

%APPDATA%\Kodi\userdata (from the table) and %LOCALAPPDATA%\AppData\Roaming\Kodi\userdata (from your post) should point to the same place.
