Full Version: "Ignore Articles when sorting" should apply to second-order sorting as well

Current behaviour:
- "Ignore Articles when sorting": Enabled
- Sort Movies by Title: Articles are ignored
- Sort Movies by Play Count: The list is sorted by Play Count, then by Title, but articles are not ignored

Expected behaviour:
- Anywhere a list uses title sorting, even if this is a secondary sort the user cannot specify, it should ignore articles if the option is enabled
