Hi, I used Kodi for several time, but from yesterday I have some big problems with every single addon that is used for streaming video, from SkyNews to CNN.
More or less, an addon suddendly told me that it wasn't connected to Internet, and that's really strange because my laptop was connected. So, when I tried to see something with it, Kodi freezed and eventually crashed. I tried also other addons, i.e. SkyNews or CNN, but all of them gave me the same problem. So, I went to settings to check the network, then I went to System Information, but another problems appeared: when even I was simply hovering my arrow on the tab "Network", Kodi freezed and crashed, like above.
I really don't know what's happened, I tried to delete and install Kodi several times, every time deleting the corrisponding AppData folder, but nothing changed.
A thing that's important: on my tablet (with Android GO) Kodi works fine, only on my Laptop has this problem.

Neither of the logs in the first post are any good. Debug mode was not enabled and what you describe as doing in the logs are not in there.

Maybe you uploaded the wrong logs? Check the wiki for the difference between kodi.log and kodi.old.log... Debug Log

Don't need the crash log.

Alright, I did the procedure described in the wiki, using the Easy Method because I'm fine using the menu

No, not really, unfortunately.

None of those logs show you playing anything. But I do notice the logs end at the internet connectivity check. It looks like it fails to make contact to this site... http://www.msftncsi.com which is a Microsoft site. Can you access this site from your computer?

Nope, there's an entire blank page where's only written "Page not found"

Now I tried to see weather forecast on a video addon called 3Bmeteo; when choosing the video, Kodi briefly load, then suddendly crashes. And this happen for every video addon that search video on Internet

Suddendly Kodi restarted to work!!!
I really don't know, but today I did a Windows update, so it was a strange Windows problem that caused my kodi to not work
Well, everything is fine now

Another time kodi is not working, giving the SAME EXACT problem the last time (I can't use any addon that's Internet-related (like weather forecasts) neither chechink the network tab)
