I would like to change the user rating icon in the movie page : instead of the star, i would like to see "My rating :" with text or pictures : is it possible ? does somebody knows how to do this ?

Ludox , the user rating is already shown as text in the details pane on the right. You can scroll down to find it. The ratings bar (where you want to change it) is purposefully designed to show the ratings as icons + values.
You are welcome to change the code so that it is shows as you would like. The relevant file is DialogVideoInfo.xml, in the skin's 1080i folder. The code for the user rating starts at line 340.
