To receive meaningful assistance you will need to provide a full debug log.

The instructions are here... debug log (wiki)

If you are using the Basic Method, then ensure the following is applied...
1.Enable debugging in Settings>System Settings>Logging,
2.Restart Kodi
3.Replicate the problem.
4.Upload the log to Kodi Paste Site manually or use the Kodi Logfile Uploader. (wiki) With either method post the link to the log back here.

If you are using the Advanced Method ensure you have correctly created and applied the advancedsettings.xml file (wiki)

In both instances, you should see the word DEBUG throughout the log.

Note: Full logs only. No partial or redacted logs
Do NOT post your logs directly into the forum. Use the Kodi Paste Site. Post the link to your pasted log in the forum
@Klojum  i simply cannot do even first step... kodi is BLACK right from launch i cant navigate - please check that video i provided.
I didnt find in link you have provided any alternative to enable debugging on android phone (cant locate advancedsettings.xml - i couldnt find it here https://kodi.wiki/view/Log_file/Advanced nor here https://kodi.wiki/view/Advancedsettings.xml).
EDIT: found location: https://kodi.wiki/view/Userdata#Android_location, but its not on my android phone, there are only decoderfilter.xml, guisettings.xml, profiles.xml, RssFeeds.xml, not a advancedsettings.xml, i dont know if i can create one manualy and i dont know how.... can i copy someones advancedsettings.xml into my android in order to enable debugging?

anyway here are logs without that debugging mode enabled:

What phone ? Does it run at a refresh rate of more than 60hz (eg, 90 or 120hz) because Kodi only supports up to 60hz.

well, there is my answer. My phone runs 90hz, when i changed it back to 60hz Kodi works.
Thanks for that information i honestly didnt know about that at all.
Also can i ask are there any plans to "fix" this? Will kodi ever run at higher hz on android? / is there a possibility to force 60hz display only when kodi runs?
