I note that the scraper settings are half translated into Spanish. I'm helping translating addons into Spanish and I have a problem.

What would be the correct way to add the translation?

In Transifex the file that is currently being used is abandoned and broken and in github i´m not is worth do one pull request for that it approved.

If the translation for the addon is not done via Transifex, then I don't think I can help you any further.
I can see that only a handful of add-ons are being done via Transifex anyway.
