I stream, the only physical media I have is my dragon ball, z, gt collection. But I’ve made up my library of .strm files from TMDBHelper
You should build a library of local media. It makes the skin faster.
I do have local media in the form of .strms, or does physical media over that make a benefit? I assumed just library content over streams would already benefit immensely

Physical media makes a huge difference. All of mine is stored on HDDs with trailers. I could watch movies and trailers without internet. I just hit 7,002 movies and shows.

Oh man that is a lot I wouldn’t even know where to start, I am planning on getting a NAS in the future so i will start building a physical library then, does physical content through a network drive work just as well or does it have to be on the same device?

No animated posters, I do have fan art and stuff. But honestly I don’t have any speed issues to be honest bingie works pretty fine and if it is a bit slow at times I just attribute it to the skin being heavy it doesn’t annoy me, the library taking long to scan is the only thing and even then I don’t mind too much since I try not to do a full refresh often
