THANKS! for your continued support of this addon @anxdpanic Nod
Hi,

I have an issue with a lot of videos since appr. 1 or 2 weeks. It was working like a charm for months now.

Running Kodi 18.8 and Youtube addon 6.8.4.
API keys created.

I already tried to remove the access_manager.json and signed in again because this fixed some issues in the past, but no luck this time.

Some videos are working fine, but a lot don't (e.g. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SYiNUkHiiL4).
I get the following error message in the log:
https://paste.kodi.tv/idufonuper.kodi

Since nobody is writting about that, it seems like a personal issue with my installation. Any suggestions?
Thanks.
Today I started getting an error whenever I try to add a video to the "Watch Later" playlist, the addon just says "Error: Playlist not found".

I was using 6.8.3 with automatic updates disabled. I updated manually to 6.8.4 but the problem persists.

The only two messages that appear in the log when this happens are:

ERROR: [plugin.video.youtube] Error reason: |playlistNotFound| with message: |Playlist not found.|
WARNING: Attempt to use invalid handle -1

Everything else seems to be working correctly. Any suggestions?

Same here. Although the error did not start yesterday - it has been intermittently happening during this whole week while still allowing to add selected video to Watch Later after multiple attempts, e.g. 3 errors, then 4th attempt succeeds. Sometimes first attempt was successful.
Starting today all attempts fail with the message @mklopez mentioned above. This is Kodi 17.6. Originally was on youtube addon 6.8.3. Upgraded today to 6.8.4 - no improvements.
Same problem here, Kodi 18.8, Youtube 6.8.3
Yesterday I noticed new searches with international characters in them no longer work. Saved searches with international characters work fine. The log snippet showing the error is here.

I run the latest YouTube plugin v6.8.4 on Kodi 18.8.0 on CoreELEC 9.2.4.2.

After some more testing I found out, that every video seems to work now when I am not logged in.
But this can't be the final solution.

Here is the same issue described by someone else, but no answer yet:

Need a complete debug log (wiki)

@Tulon
Thanks for the heads up, you can keep your eye on https://github.com/anxdpanic/plugin.vide...e/issues/6

@sam.roscoe
This has been reported ~3-4 times, and I can't reproduce. No one has provided a complete debug log (wiki) (that doesn't have banned add-ons), so I'm unable to see what you all have in common to help me reproduce.
Let me know if you're comfortable with installing a custom zip and providing a generated text file and some information, and I'll put something together.
@Tulon  please see below

@sam.roscoe If possible please confirm if the beta below fixes your issue, if not please follow up with a complete debug log (wiki)

I've updated post #2 and the repositories with 6.8.5~beta1
Code:
~beta1
[fix] notifications for some languages on Kodi 19
[fix] searching for some languages
[fix] loading on some versions of python 3
[fix] some videos failing to play with an Invalid URL exception
[upd] use xbmcvfs.translatePath if available, clean up for Kodi 19

Hello @anxdpanic
Please find the log here.
Is this sufficient?
The error related to adding to 'Watch Later' is in line 132.
