Dear Forum.
Using Leia 18.7 x64 for Windows 10 x64 on a NUC10I5FNK device (8GB DDR4, M2 NVMe SSD). All Intel drivers installed on a clean updated machine.
Leia 18.7 is also clean instal.

For some odd reason the DVD.iso file played locally on a harddrive on every 60 seconds, playback has a few seconds video stuttering and the Kodi player has a slight CPU increase from 4% to 9%. HW acceleration is on as well as audio passthrough. Display is syncd also acordingly. Otherwise playback is fluent.

I guess the HW is surely powerful enough to play such title, blueray.iso acts the same.

Has anyone else experience such?

I will provice debug.log is needed.

Thankyou for all the amazing work the Dev team has accompilshed!
workaround for this was to change the Settings/system/resolution from 4k to 1920x1080p.
HW DXVA2 is enabled.

Now SMB Blueray movies play at 4K@adjusted framerate (24 most cases) and the playback is just water, fluent like heaven..
DVD.iso files plays from SMB share also truly fluent, buy the resolution is not changed like with bluerays.. DVD is still 4K but from 60p it's 50p

Providing the debug log (wiki) is always a good start.
Sure,
full Debug log is here.

After the movie started, immediately there was a stutter.. after about 60 seconds, the stutter appeared again. Then I stopped the playing and shut the app down.
Hope this helps.

EDIT: Disabiling the VU+ plugin did not help..

Mind you, I'm not a Kodi dev or a TV server specialist...
But how about a debug log without VU+ not active at all? There is a lot of "crap" in the log.

Also, is it helpful or by design that you are also including video files from the trash can?!
You may want to exclude those.
