ok so here looking if there is an addon that will merge/combine movies that are the same

for instance i have 

avatar 4K
avatar 1080p
avatar Remux
avatar 3D

is there a way to combine these items into 1 library entry, so i would select say avatar and it would present me with the above selections.

Bothe Emby and Plex are both able to do this

No there is no way to do this unfortunately.

There was a member that had created the feature. Unfortunately for some reason he never returned to complete it. It is very strange he put so much work into the feature then abandoned it...
