Hello I have a problem with Kodi running on Xiaomi Mi Tv Box S on Samsung QE55Q60R. the problem is that Kodi is running on 4K no matter what resolution i choose in setting. Kodi itself is showing that is running in FHD but TV is showing that is 3840x2160. I can't even select 4K in Kodi, all it is showing me is FHD. whitelist is showing me FHD with different refresh rates.
when running video that is in 4K and even with HDR all is fine but when playing in FHD I expect it to switch TV to FHD. Kodi is trying his best to upscale FHD to 4K but it is not doing good job.
when sync option is on the only thing that is changing is refresh rate but not resolution.
