Hi.
Recently I discovered that my Kodi 18.8 installation didn't play 1080p HDR 10 content. Playing 4k HDR 10 content is working flawlessly. When I use a different player (MX Player, VLC,...) both, 1080p and 4K files are playing fine with HDR10.
The only difference I could see is the HEVC Format Profile... 1080p videos have "Main 10@L4@High" and 4k videos have "Main [email protected]@High". All videos are in 10 Bit for sure...
I'm using an AML S905x2 Box with Android 9 and Kodi 18.8 directly downloaded from Kodi website...
