Hi - I know that there used to be a TBTV addon (see here and here) created by @divingmule, but it looks like it has been quite some time since it has been updated, as it is now marked as broken. 

Would anyone be willing to either update or create a new blaze tv addon, including premium login (i.e. login using your own credentials, not get the premium content for free)?
