I just reinstall Kodi and wanted to start fresh, add library to tv shows and now kodi dont show any tv show at all.
Before i reinstall, Kodi show everything. I dont change nothing, i go to files, find tv show folder, and it to tv show library, and go to tv shows, and Kodi dont show anything?
Its everything like used to be, Tv shows folder- folder of each tv show- s01ex.

Debug Log which captures you trying to add a tv show to the library. We should be able to see what the problem is.
kodi.log have 37 pages, should i put take a pic of every page?

Do NOT post your logs directly into the forum. Use the Kodi Paste Site. Post the link to your pasted log in the forum
I use Kodi on firestick, i use only remote so its hard to do this.
- Install the log uploader addon.
- Enable the debug logging.
- Reboot your stick.
- Reproduce your issue.
- Upload the log via the addon.
That will minimise the log size and allow upload, even just using a remote.

Thanks, but no good. You did not enable debug mode which is the very first step of the instructions.
Also you did not scan a tv show.

When i get description for some movie or tv show, can i somehow get this in language i want?
Because i see that on TMDb have a lot languages.
Assuming the language translation exists at TheMovieDB, you can.
Change the Preferred Language shown in section 4.1 in that wiki page.

I have another question, i am not sure. When i choose another language, will then i must set movie names also in another language or i can somehow set English name another language movie info?

In most cases it will work if you leave the English title.
But it assumes that the English name (or whatever language you named the movie) exists at TheMovieDB.
For example if the movie at TheMovieDB only has a Russian translation, then the scraper has nowhere to lookup the English name, so it will not work.
So if you find it does not work, then check what TheMOvieDB has recorded.
