Hi,
I have Kodi installed on both Windows and Android. Video Addon works fine on Windows but got not stream on Android. I searched a bit and some refer to URL Resolver. I can see version 4.0.06 installed on Windows -- this might be carried from older installation. Android has not such addon listed in dependencies. And it's not in the official repo either.
Where can I find it?
-- update: I found Windows has 18.8 whereas Android has 18.9. Not sure if that's the reason
