Delete what... The entire left menu section, where now a big folder icon with a pointy arrow is displayed ?
You'll need to be a bit more clear on what you mean by "this".
You'd need to edit the skin xml files to delete that, however doing that would seriously compromise the functionality of the skin. Perhaps try some of the other skins
I instal Aeon Nox Silvo skin and disable this in option, thanks.
