My car has connected OBD2 module with Android app (Torque pro).BTW, How to run(connect) my OBD2 on this Kodi addon?
When I run this addon program, it need to set serial port and baud rate.

Perhaps you missed the fact that the thread was initiated some 9 years ago, and nothing really came of it? And that also its Github dev page no longer exists?
Also how are you planning to do the serial connection to your Android phone? Wifi and serial do not mix very well.

I am currently running with the vehicle by connecting the OBD2 module with Bluetooth.
I would like to have an add-on program that runs through Bluetooth or Wi-Fi on Kodi(Android Phone).

I'm sure you would. However, the Kodi API does not provide access to Bluetooth on that level (afaik), so perhaps someone can provide us with the necessary additions.

Sorry for my late input. I need help with an app called vin decoder. Did you ever use this type of app for your car to get the car details?
