Hi, i'm using the latest Retropie 4.7.1 on my RPI4 along with a NesPI 4 case + the SSD jacked onto USB 3.0 which i'm also using for local storage of the media playback (So no network shares are being used)
Everything so far is running good up to the point where i'm trying to do videoplayback on my KODI port.

Here's the full debug log from KODI: https://paste.kodi.tv/sajovasaza.kodi
I'm guessing this has something to do with the part of WARNING: ActiveAE - large audio sync error:
and at the bottom of the log, you can also see that it exists the player for no obvious reasons (atleast not what i can tell). It's around 20.02 at the timeline

Using the latest stable firmware for the RPI4.
One more issue is that you cant choose passthrough device, that's greyed out with PI: HDMI which doesnt work ( doesnt give you audio )
I've tried both clocked and unclocked and that didnt make any difference ( just to see if there's power issue )

The last part i guess could be an issue with RetroPie itself
Update: So i removed the OC and added gpu_mem=384 to the config.txt but that didnt seem to do any difference, still getting stalled issues

So the issue was all along how the SSD was connected to the USB controller and which driver it used.

This is due to the Raspberry has a different USB Controller, and when using the NesPI 4 Case that board has a different one aswell, so the SSD went all hay-wire when plugged in.
