Hi, when i play MKV files on my Sony X950H android tv i get washed out blacks (wrong color space).
I can't change/force color range on the internal apps on the tv. Any way to change my mkv to the color range on tv (i think its "stuck" at full range).
I see i wrote both space and range.
But it is the range (16-235 vs 0-255) that is wrong.
What kind of content do the mkv's contain? if they are HDR then Kodi does not support native HDR output from mkv yet, you will need to make sure Tone Mapping is enabled in the Kodi video OSD settings to get correct looking colours.

Need to check when i get home. Have been trying to change the setting on the tv, not the kodi app.
