Also , seems to be H.265 videos. Not sure if this is how all 4K MKVs are encoded.

More info. Doesn't look to be PC/network performance related.
1. Stuttering is specific to the exact same places in the movie, over and over. Not randomized.
2. Tested a wired gig connection to eliminate WiFi as a cause.
3. Added the advancedsettings.xml file with adjusted cache sizes per this page, but no difference.

4. Re-ripped a couple of my movies, in case there is a problem with the rip. File size is exactly the same. (Using MakeMKV. Open to other suggestions to compare if the rip is the problem).
