For some shows, I have custom NFO files with the correct data in them (TVDb... is often wrong).  Is there a way to protect certain fields in these and allow TMM to fill in the rest?  Currently, scraping a new show with pre-existing NFOs seems to overwrite them entirely...

you can just protect that fields if you de-select the options in the scraping dialog
