I installed Amber on Kodi 18.9 from the Amber repo and this put me on 3.2.126 but now I've upgraded to Kodi 19 the Amber repo is empty. Does the Amber repo not work for 19 and is the latest version now in the Kodi repo? I'm now on 3.4.11.

Are you using the Matrix repo for Amber?

On my Windows machine using it I'm on 3.4.13.

I was using repo 1.0.1, which is obviously wrong. Thank you for your reply repo and pointing me at the correct repo.
