Hi,
I have a NVidia Shield Pro(2019) with a SoundBlaster 5.1 USB sound card that is connected to the receiver(Yamaha RX-A3030) with SPDIF(Optic). To get sound to work I have to set the following settings :
1. Number Of Channels = 2.0
2. Allow passthrough = true
3. Dolby Digital (AC3) capable receiver = true
4. Enable Dolby Digital (AC3) transcoding = true
5. Rest of the Audio Passthrough = false
This have been working fine for a time but now I found a video where it does not works? It says that it got a AC3 5.1 stream but I only get sound if I turn off Passthrough and in this case it is downmixed to 2.1?
I suspect that there is yet another setting I need to set somewhere?
