i wonder why no scraper use directly imdb site to get info of movies and tv series...
imdb site is full of good info ... and its world wide ... one of hte best sites to get info from movies

Yes, but it is not created to allow users to download that information. There is no API, so it is difficult to automatically download information, the web pages need to be scraped.
The other sites like TVDB and TheMovieDB and TV Maze are created so information can be downloaded.
The Universal Movie Scraper can access IMDB for movies only.
I would actually rephrase this
We actually do have a scraper for movies what search and scrape all information from IMDb. Universal scraper can be configured as a full blown IMDb scraper (search on IMDb, scraper all information from and only IMDb).
Scraping IMDb web (lacking an API) for TV Shows is not possible.
