Kodi Community Forum

Hey everyone, ok so I just kodi 17.6 with madvr. I of course dl all my movies and such. Normally they don’t have any menus which is great, but sometimes I want to get one that does like a demo disk. How do I get kodi or can I get kodi to play this file like a dvd would ?

Rip your media to iso files?

Can it not be done with mkv files ?

Theoretically the matroska spec allows for menus but I doubt Kodi (or any player) are able to handle them. So a full dvd copy (iso) is the way to go.
