Various videos played back on Shield (tube version) stop and exit to GUI at random times. Can’t seem to figure out why. Can someone please help with the attached log file link?

Thanks!

I am just guessing, but in log I see:

Read - Error( -1, 103, Software caused connection abort )

And this thread:

Noted same error, and talks about issues related to maybe wifi (if you are using) or SMB (setting min version, etc).

Maybe that will point you in the right direction?

Thanks. I am using the min SMB v1 set both in the max/min settings in Kodi v19 and also on my QNAP NAS, yes streamed over 5ghz 802.11ac. It’s a strong wifi connection though (RT-AX86u running latest stable Merlin, and only 2 devices on this radio).

I did go read that thread and it talks about setting a minimum SMB version on Synology NAS. I’m kinda at a loss on what else to try.

Here’s another log (it just happened again):
