Forgive my ignorance but it looks like there is a menu item that allows you to change this to something other than "0" disabled, for both music and video but for the life of me I can not seem to figure out HOW to change the value.

Other quartz/matrix features are impacted for the same reason so you might consider sticking with leia until this is sorted out. hth
