Hello, I am going to buy a 4K TV screen with a bigger screen with more pixels (I have a 1080p tv screen), I did a lot of Skin edits and I just realised that I used for example <right></right> instead of <centerright></centerright> but <right>300</right> won't be the same on a bigger screen, will it be ? Does that mean I will have to edit again all of my changes or will it looks exactly the same as on my 1080p screen ?

Exactly the same, Kodi skin xml's are 1080p regardless of your TV so your edits will be fine.
