Screen shot below is Aeon Nox: SILVO. Looks very similar from the top bar to the bottom. The only differences are mine is showing both date and time and yours is showing only the date which is at the middle and mine shows movie ratings while yours show tags. The current Matrix and Leia versions of the skin look like my screenshot so your screenshot could be an older version or modded.
